Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) is a mechanism that allows our customers that have BT or Kingston Communications (“Kingston”) telephone lines to select our network – that is, we provide calls over a BT or Kingston line – in advance for your calls without needing to dial additional digits before dialling the person or service that they are intending to call, or having equipment at their premises which automatically dials the relevant digits.

Indirect Access is the option to have Least Cost Routing via your existing telephony apparatus. We can reprogram your existing set up and route calls over our network.

Typical savings are up to 70% from BT standard rates.
